Circle 3’s Chef Jackson Hits Chi-town-Illinois Craft Brewers Guild’s Five-By-Five Dinner!

Circle 3’s own Chef Jackson is in Chicago for the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild’s Five-By-Five Dinner! This dinner comes complete with beer pairings and is happening on Monday, January 11th at 7:00pm. Chef Jackon will be doing some cooking with a menu created by Chef Leonard Hollander. The cost is $55.oo. Afterwards, Chef Jackson will be spinning a little music beginning at 9:30pm. Meanwhile, small plates and craft beer will continue to be served.

Five different breweries are being featured-Goose Island, Gordon Biersch, America’s Brewing, Flossmoor Station, and Chicago’s Rock Bottom Brewery.
